Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Meaning that all cards and other accessoires are included in the box.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that all skins are from nature, they can show irregularities in the color and/or material which are normal charecteristics of natural skin. These irregularities are no reason for a return. If you think otherwise please provide us with pictures from the product in it’s original condition so we can check if this will be reason for a refund or exchange.

There are certain products or situations where we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange:
Our quality inspection is done very carefully. There may be situations where we missed any damage or manufacturing defects. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by our fault.
If this is the case please let us know what solution will satisfy you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@evi-lone.com and we will make contact.
If, and when we agreed to the refund policy we will send a pickup option to return your item. Also these costs we will take for our account. Please note that you have to comply with the requirements as mentioned above.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Because the items of our collection are more expensive, we will ask you if you want a trackable shipping insurance. These costs are for your account.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We see this as your responsibility.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
